We went to a fair here in Torreon and for the most part it was like it is in the states. There were however a few exceptions, such as a dance that took place on top of a very high tower, with 4 guys spinning around the pole all the way to the ground, upside down on ropes. Another exception being the fact that they were giving away a set of ginsu knives as a prize for the game where you pop the balloons with darts, to which I can only respond...estamos en Mexico (we are in Mexico).
